Is there a fee to join the network?
No upfront fee to join. We work on a referral basis, meaning we charge a percentage only when a match leads to a signed project. We'll explain the exact terms when we speak.
What level of English do I need?
Working English is enough, you need to be able to discuss scope, materials, and timelines clearly with international clients. If you work with someone who speaks English well, we're happy to include them in communication.
What areas do you cover?
We currently match projects across Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, the Algarve, Porto, Comporta, and the Silver Coast. If you cover one or more of these areas, we'd like to hear from you.
What type of projects do you send?
Everything from a single repair to a full renovation: kitchen and bathroom renovations, electrical and plumbing work, painting, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, and general maintenance. Most come from foreign buyers in Portugal, either renovating a recently purchased property or needing a trade they can trust for everyday work. Budgets tend to be realistic and scopes well-defined.
How quickly will I hear back after applying?
