What it is like to work here
- We work for property owners, many of them abroad, and explain things in plain language.
- Scope, quotes and payments are written down before work starts.
- We verify every contractor against IMPIC records before they quote.
- We take no referral fees from contractors or suppliers.

Construction
Project manager (construction)
Run renovations and new builds on the owner's side, from scope and tendering to snagging.
What you would do
- Write the scope and budget from the owner's brief and the architect's drawings.
- Collect three written quotes from alvará-verified contractors and check them line by line.
- Run the schedule and coordinate the trades, the architect and the câmara filing.
- Inspect milestones, approve payments and agree the snagging list.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on construction or renovation experience in Portugal, managing multi-trade projects.
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
- A technical background such as engineering, architecture or equivalent site experience. A qualification to act as diretor de fiscalização de obra is a plus.
