Independent Inspection (Optional)
If you ask for it, a qualified inspector produces a pre-renovation condition report before work begins, then returns at each milestone to confirm the work matches what was agreed.

What This Costs You
Contractor matching is free for property owners: it is funded by a referral or success fee paid by the contractor, not by you.
You pay for the renovation itself, at the quoted price, and nothing to remodel for matching and your quote. If you add project management, its fee is agreed with you in writing before work starts and included in the overall quote. Contractors pay to be part of a verified network with a live pipeline of foreign-owner projects; that fee never gets passed to you as a line item.
