Contractor matching is free for homeowners: you submit a request and compare quotes at no cost, and we receive a success fee from the contractor. For project management, we agree a price with you before any work starts. For managed projects, our fee is included in the overall quote.

It varies widely with scope and finish. As a guide, electrical rewiring starts at around €5,000, bathroom rebuilds at €12,000, kitchen refits at €28,000, and a full renovation at €85,000 and up. Every quote is written and itemised, and we check it against regional project data before you decide.
